Handling Your Triggers: Moving with Grace

This workshop was born out of my passion and my standards for how relate to one another in the world. All of us get triggered...does it get the best of us in that moment? Is there another way to be that leads to more fulfilling business and personal relationships? I take a stand that there is.

Here is a scenario: You are sitting at your desk, pick up phone and the person on the other end is immediately irate. Boom--you're triggered. Or, you're driving and someone cuts you off and you're immediately upset. Your employees are not doing what you asked them to do and your boss is not leading the way you want. YOU get impacted: I want you to know that impact on YOU is showing up in your work and personal relationships.

Triggers happen to all of us everyday- from little to big. Do you know what to do that best supports both you and the person on the other end? What happens in your body? What happens in your head? Do you know how to recovery quickly and respond instead of react? Do you know what you need to do to have the most successful, professional outcomes that will take care of everyone? If you don't, you're not alone. Most of us don't and unfortunately we don't find out what we don't know until we are "in the heat of the moment".
